Kim joined Western International Securities in 2017 and has worked in the financial services industry since 1997. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and a Chartered Life Underwriter, graduating from the American College of Financial Services in 2003. She also holds the Certified in Long-Term Care designation, graduating from the Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification in 2009.

Kim’s counsel to clients covers all areas of financial planning, and her areas of expertise are investment management and analysis and retirement planning. She believes in simplifying the financial planning process for her clients, and working together with clients’ accountants and attorneys when necessary. Kim helps provide supervision for all the Registered Representatives within the branch.

Kim is a Grand Junction Kiwanian, member of the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, she Chairs the Hope West Planned Giving Council, and enjoys volunteering and fundraising for Hope West Hospice, Girl Scouts of Western Colorado, Western Slope Alzheimer’s Association, Western Slope Center for Children, Foodbank of the Rockies, and Mesa County Valley School District 51. In their free time, Kim and her husband Al Kreinberg, an alternative High School teacher, enjoy mountain and road biking, rafting, camping, hiking, teaching and taking yoga, reading, and their two cats. Kim has also recently taken up knitting and crochet.
